You will support and work in partnership with the local teams across several countries towards the ultimate objective of increase branding and communication both internally and externally:
· Supporting Marketing & PR activities for the Hub, including for Japan market
· Supporting on the content for external and internal communication
· Maintaining the intranet, gathering and creation of content on Distributed Generation (articles, illustrations, slides, internal network publications, videos etc), including liaising with the DG organization and REN / GRP
· Ensuring main DG APAC documents are easily accessible for a newcomer
· Putting in place new communication tools to facilitate onboarding and information sharing (virtual visits, surveys, videos etc)
· Coordinating events (sharing sessions, webinars etc)
Completing other projects and tasks as assigned
Requirement
• Graduate of a reputable university / business school
• Good understanding of communication, marketing and related fields
• Be flexible and proactive
• Open, resourceful, customer-oriented personality
• Organised and meticulous
• Outstanding written and communication skills
• High proficiency in English (working language)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a team
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of internal intranet / SharePoint, videos making and community management would be a plus
