Core Responsibilities:

Handle A to Z Human Resources Functions
Handling recruitment and learning needs for respective departments and to align with business strategy and objectives
Partner with respective Business Units to achieve business strategy
Work with respective Business Units to attract, retain, develop, reward, care and engage our staff
Provide day to day support to meet the operational needs of Business Units
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A

Prepare monthly payroll report

Business Development (BD)

1. Prepare Standard Quotation Forms for Cost Estimation in line with tender scope/summary
2. Assist BD in preparation and submission of tender documents (e.g. Fill-in Tender Forms, Contractors particulars & Technical Data (Upon receipt from PICs) as per Tender Format
3. Prepare Hard Copy/Soft Copy of Bid with necessary supporting documents as per submission requirement as instructed by BD
4. Quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring, and estimating materials and labor costs used in the tendering process.
5. To request for quotation and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for various trades.
6. Oversee of review contracts, identify irregularities in order to ensure compliance of contracts and the drawings.
7. Prepare and analyze costings for tenders
8. Assist to prepare tender and contract documents including bill of quantities
9. Perform quantity take off for tender
10. Prepare costing and budget, pre and post-tender estimate
11. Prepare and compile tender documents
12. Attend site show round/ tender briefing
13. Manage the financial & contractual of all projects from pre-tender stage including quantities, variations, cost estimates, to tender submission;
14. Monitoring and keeping track on Contract Insurances details (e.g., expiry date vs project actual completion dates/ indemnity liabilities of stakeholders, etc.)
15. Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Administrative

1. To provide support to BD team by carrying out general administrative duties.
2. To assist and maintain proper and systematic documentation e-filing system for outgoing and incoming data.
3. To support and use of company internal ERP system to execute daily tasks.
4. To manage and track status of Project Quotation and Project Registration on company’s ERP system to ensure data are up-to-date and properly captured in the system.
5. To follow and ensure compliance to company's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline, preferably in Construction/ Contract Management of Quantity Surveying, Engineering, etc
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E contract administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Meticulous, proactive and good time management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with ability to work independently
