• Perform regular audits of datacentre equipment to ensure inventory controls are met.
• Movement of equipment using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment.
• Work within a ticket-based environment.
• Perform destruction of data bearing devices (ex. hard drives, solid-state drives, etc.).
• Perform material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management.
• Perform shift-based tactical management tasks such as prioritising ticketing queues, resolving escalations, and clearing blocking issues to enable continued delivery of Inventory and Asset activities in accordance with Microsoft’s internal policies and service level agreements.
• Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in IT Support & Monitoring

Skill Set:

• Six (6) months of experience supporting Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
• Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in written and oral communication to support regional and global teams.
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills.

Responsibilities:

Role is for an accounting executive or assistant accountant, for our food & beverage segment subsidiaries which includes eateries or distribution.

- Prepare full set of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements (management accounts)

- Handle AR and AP, including invoicing, tracking payments, and managing collections, processing supplier invoices and making payments.

- Ensuring all supporting schedules are accurately maintained and documented

- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards

- In charge of GST filing and other statutory filings

- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and authorities

- Handle other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as and when required

Preferably to have at least experience in full set of accounts as this role will handle accounts by entities.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and roadshows and events attendance
• Recommend appropriate products based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product features and capabilities
• Sell and arrange for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts for products
• Process leasing sales through preparation of sales agreements and relevant sales documentation, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure successful sale
• Undertake showroom management and daily operation duties to upkeep products
