Job Description

• Able to handle all aspects relating to the accounting functions to facilitate the closing of the full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Able to handle treasury functions such as multi currencies, fixed deposits placement, fund transfer, processing of payments and billing.
• Handle part of AP module such as key in supplier invoices.
• Manage and monitor company’s cash flow, liaise with banker, prepare weekly and quarterly cash flow reporting.

• Assist the Workshop Manager to ensure that the bus fleets are well-maintained to meet regulatory, safety and operational requirements, with the goal of reducing downtime, increasing fleet reliability, and optimizing the overall performance of buses.
• Manage and coordinate teams working in the night shift, ensuring that maintenance, repairs, and inspections are carried out efficiently.
• Responsible for managing the maintenance and troubleshooting of the On-Board Equipment (OBE) such as CFMS, PIDS@Bus, ADAS, CCTV and NOBE, working closely with HQ departments and vendors to ensure optimal operation across the bus fleet.
• Plan, prepare, and schedule buses for OBE regulatory audits such as CFMS, MAR, CCTV, and EDS audits.
• Lead a dedicated team responsible for managing accident repairs, ensuring that damaged buses are repaired according to safety and quality standards, while liaising with traffic police, surveyors, accident investigation teams, Claims department, and insurers where necessary.
• Lead a team to ensure that all workshop equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Schedule regular maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime and ensure that all equipment remains safe for use. Ensure that the equipment meets regulatory requirements.
• Manage the regular checks on Workshop processes and bus maintenance adhere to defined procedures and checklists. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies to maintain high standards
