Job Description

• To provide Support full spectrum finance duties, including but not limited to procurement, payments, accounts receivables
• To provide grant management administration, such as grant claims, progress report’s financial reporting and other grant variation request.
• To provide administrative support, such as assets management, filing, phone enquiries, mails collections, stationery orders, etc
• To provide finance and administrative support for Annual Meeting and assist in pre and post event activities
• To assist in other finance or administrative functions as and when required by team

Qualifications

· Diploma/ Degree in Administration, Accounting or Finance, and minimum 2 years of work experiences

· Positive working attitude

· Good organization and communication skills

· Experience in SAP HANA, Ariba

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application like Excel, Word, Teams, DocuSign and online communication application is an added advantage
