Marketing Executive

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives for smart access management solutions.

Provide management up-to-date competitor analysis

Create compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience.

Manage the company's online presence, including website, SEO, email marketing, social media

Drive lead generation campaigns and work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

Develop and ensure brand consistency and recognition across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our solutions and connect with potential clients.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related cpurses with min 2 years of experiences

What this job involves:

• Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained.
• Monitor submission of supervisors’ daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports.
• Responsible for coordinating and improve efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangement.
• Review cleaners’ and landscapers’ deployment and duties to optimal use of manpower.
• Regular inspection for conformance to service standards and expectation of cleanliness, waste management, landscape and pest control.
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action. Tenant engagement is a must for all feedbacks
• Monitor the cleaners’ schedule and ensure that they carry out their duties accordingly
• Coordinate with the vendors for their plan training programme for cleaners, landscapers and pest control.
• Coordinate and support events from set up requirements to logistical support including AV set-up, liaise with onsite support team on layout etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned including ad-hoc projects coordination for all sites if required.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in similar function
• Possess FSM - Good to have
• Able to work in a team

Responsibilities:

• In charge of full cycle of recruitment process from job adv posting to onboarding preparation
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and practitioners
• Manage and maintain employee details in HRMS
• Maintain accurate records of payroll movements and submit the payroll movements to appointed payroll vendor
• Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
• Assist in policy and procedure reviews and development
• Support HR admin duties

Requirements:

• At least diploma in HR Management or any relevant studies.
• At least 2 years of HR full spec experience
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF requirements
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
