Position Purpose
As the Retail Operations Executive, you manage the sales and operation function of the business. Reporting to Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing market reports, implementing retail strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead and motivate the retail staffs across numerous counters within Singapore.
Job Description
-Build and achieve retail / counter sales with knowledge of sales trending, trade stock holdings and historical sales/targets.
-Tracking of daily counter sales
-Build and maintain good working relationship with retailers and customers
-To work closely with marketing team and execute activities at floor level to achieve Brands objectives in wholesales & inventory
-Ensure correct standard of merchandising at respective counters according to brands' guidelines
-Setting of retail and controlling trade stock holdings for each counter
-Check on the counter POS system and MIM system Monitor stock levels and stock movement and to ensure availability of the stocks on each counter
-Check and monitor the physical quantity of GWPs / sample / testers on each counter
-Monitor the counter maintenance and image
-Responsible in the retail staff recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, hiring) and training
-Manage retail staff disciplinary and operations
-Prepare and monitor the retail staff work schedule
-Encourage and build teamwork between retail staff to ensure everyone works and cooperate towards achieving brand goals
-Involve in new product launches and related events
-Responsible for market reports, sales reports

Requirements
-Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations
-At least 1-3 year working experience in the retail industry, prior experience in the beauty industry will be an added advantage
-Have been in a retail supervisory experience and or manage a retail staff in the past or present
-Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel
-Good written and verbal communication skills, both English and Mandarin
-Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
-Display initiative with a pleasant disposition
