Roles & Responsibilities :

• Operational Management:
  Oversee daily operations across all retail channels, including stores.
  Optimize outlet operations, including staffing, and inventory management, to enhance walk-in customers. Manage online merchandising, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Supply Chain & Logistics :Manage and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food across all customers.
  Oversee inventory management in physical stores.
  Implement and manage logistics and fulfillment strategies, including warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery.
• Customer Experience & Service : Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty both in outlet & Food delivery.
  Implement and manage customer service standards and processes across all channels to ensure a high-quality experience.
  Utilize customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements.
• Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams across the outlet.
  Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the operations team.
  Develop training programs to enhance team skills and ensure effective execution of operational strategies.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage operational budgets, including costs related to stores and supply chain.
  Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, to achieve financial goals.
  Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards across all operations.
  Identify and manage operational risks, including legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, including experience managing both online and offline channels at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and customer experience strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams across multiple channels & situations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
• Experience in Indian Food & Beverage sectors will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Leads Management

• Confidently share information about TWC programmes with current and potential customers to achieve the centre’s sales target.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable programmes to enhance their experience and satisfaction with TWC programmes.
• Proactively follow up on leads, arrange trial lessons, and assist customers in signing up for programmes.
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in queries promptly and effectively.
• Actively participate in marketing promotional events, campaigns and outreach efforts to boost TWC programmes’ visibility and drive enrolments.

Customer Service

• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a cheerful, professional demeanor in all interactions, fostering a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and supported.
• Actively listen to customer feedback and share valuable insights with the team to help improve our service offerings and delivery.

Administrative Support

• Handle day-to-day administrative duties, such as scheduling student classes, managing enrolments, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate registration and enrolment data.

• Provide assistance to teachers and students as needed, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Other duties associated with the role and assigned by the line manager.

Work Hours

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll benefit from a structured 5-day workweek, including one weekend day, designed to support a healthy work-life balance. Here’s what a typical week looks like:

• Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
• Days Off: Enjoy one weekday and one weekend off each week.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in an engaging, collaborative 2-hour team meeting each week to brainstorm, share insights, and grow together.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications.

Job Description & Requirements

• Welcoming guests upon their arrival at the hotel and assist them in handling their luggage and directing them to the front office reception for check-in.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of guests’ luggage (upon guests’ arrival & departure), count the number of pieces of luggage to ensure that no luggage goes missing.
• Ensure that the drive-in / driveway is clear at all times to facilitate loading and off-loading of luggage.
• Assist guest on their transportation needs and recommend the use of hotel facilities whenever possible.
• Deliver guests’ correspondence and packages to rooms or wherever designated.
• Ensure the workplace is clean and well maintained at all times.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the facilities of the hotel etc.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in guest service and support operations would be an added advantage although training will be provided.
• Ability to converse in basic English for interaction with guests / understanding guests’ needs & request.

The Material Management Officer with assist the Purchasing Manager / Director in overseeing the entire process of acquiring, storing, and distributing materials or goods within an organization. The role ensures that the right materials are available at the right time and at the right cost, and work closely to ensure that all materials are responsibly and sustainably sourced.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that materials sourced are sustainably sourced and handled.
• Ensure timely ordering of materials based on inventory forecasts and usage trends.
• Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Oversee the storage and safe handling of materials in store.
• Ensure proper organization and labeling of materials for easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure the materials meet the required quality standards, especially complying with GSTC Standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, procurement orders, supplier contracts, and material usage.
• Supports Receiving & Store Officers’ duties in their absence.
• Assist with Beverage store, inventory stock count, and issuance of requests, practising FIFO arrangement and issuance.
