JOB PURPOSE:

The role holder is responsible for assisting the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations in the campus.

Functional:

• Supports the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations, transactions and collections in the campus
• Collects the tuition fees for the campus and updates the system
• Monitors all billing and credit collection, and maintains a daily collections report
• Supports the preparation of cash flow estimates and forecasts for the campus, and assists in the managing the campus’ financial assets and liabilities
• Assists in the preparation and verification of all financial transactions in the campus
• Reviews the accuracy of vendor invoices and staff and student claims in the campus, ensuring that policies are complied with and expenses are charge to the correct cost center
• Works closely with the Academics and Admissions team to review scholarship applications and undertakes the necessary processes for the respective scholarships (e.g. scholarships may be awarded partially or in full, or at end of the year and requires upfront payment, etc.)
• For merit-based scholarship, ensures the scholarship is administered together with the tuition fees invoice
• For income-based scholarships, collect relevant financial documents from the parents for review and means-testing, and ensures the scholarship amount allocated is accurate.

• Monday – Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30pm (1 hr lunch break)
• Saturday: 9.00am to 1pm

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as RTO, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works
• Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Have a certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry or equivalent.
• Possess good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form,
• Check mock-ups done on site and off site, where necessary,
• Conduct inspection and check as required under Authority Operational and Safety requirements.
• Conduct compliance check on the implementation of mitigating measures in method statement, risk assessment and DfS register.
• Ensure that records of all civil and structural engineering works, mechanical and engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material and equipment on site, safety, etc, are updated in a timely manner and properly kept,

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily meetings to address logistics-related manufacturing NCs.
• Validate defects with QC support, providing corrective action recommendations.
• Resolve logistics issues with proper containment and corrective measures.
• Manage complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Lead quarterly audits, report findings, and ensure timely closures.
• Prepare quality guidelines and instructions.
• Oversee raw material warehouse quality supporting manufacturing.
• Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports for customer review.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Supply Chain or related study
• Min 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing setting, well wersed in methodologies such as CAPA, GDPMDS and Six Sigma
