About the role:

• Assist Resident Engineer in daily close supervision and coordination duties

• Inspect and supervise Contractors’ works and tests to Approved Drawings and Specifications

• Keep quality records of all works, monitor and report on work progress

• Responsible for the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works

• Implement quality assurance plan in a well-coordinated manner

• Coordinate with Contractors on execution of works

About you:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure project or waste/water management projects in Singapore, particularly foundation piles, earth retaining or stabilising structures, instrumentation & monitoring, ground improvement and soil investigation work.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Administration:

• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements related to branding and sustainability activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Administrative Support:

• Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Trend Research:

• Diploma or equivalent certification in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or logistics management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with financial software or systems.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Interest in branding principles and sustainability practices.
