Responsibilities

• Execution of all accounting functions & full set of accounts including but not limited to:

1. Accounts payable and receivable
2. Balance sheets
3. Bank reconciliation
4. Cashflow & income statements

• GST filing, commission, CPF & tax calculation
• Prepare audit schedule for financial year-end audit
• Process invoices & payment requests on time

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & standards with internal policies
• Book keeping, budgeting & forecasting
• Monitor expenses & suggest cost control measures

• Monitor company's financial health & improve its financial position
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Any other financial and accounting duties as required

Requirements

· Degree in Accounting & Finance or the equivalent

· Relevant experience strongly preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & mainstream accounting software

· Confident handling full spectrum of accounting duties with minimal supervision

· A dependable self-starter with a thorough understanding of statutory regulations, accounting principles & procedures

· Able to multi task with a high degree of accuracy

· Comfortable working independently and as a team in a fast paced environment

· Driven & detail-oriented individual with positive working attitude, strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
