RTO RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist QPs, Client on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements.

· Work closely with QP(Str), QP(Arch), Client's Project Manager, EHS and other key project stakeholders, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, monitoring, supervision, reporting and communicating/ escalating site non-compliance, quality, unsafe and potential delay.

· Assist to implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.

· Carry out supervision of structural, civil and building works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.

· Understand drawings & contract documents in carrying out the works.

· Carry out regular site checks on contractor works & ensure compliance with technical requirements and health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation.

· Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed. Weekly site progress report, including activities, tracking against schedule and list of non-compliance etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma in C&S Engineering from an institute accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore

· Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES

· Minimum 5 years of C&S and architectural work experience in supervision of industrial development with good knowledge of structural and building works, precast structures, structural steel, post-tensioned and local construction practices.

Duties and responsibilities:

· To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Duties:

a. Church Weddings:

• Coordination/Oversee church weddings bookings:

i. Handle enquiries on requests for church wedding bookings and

respond to feedback received.

Receptionist Duties:

The Role

• Patrol all areas of the property. Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures. Identify and report safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect facility, equipment and access points to determine that all are in good order.
• Monitor footage from surveillance cameras, assess and maintain compliance and safety.
• Verify proper functioning of physical security systems.

About You

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Experience in the loss prevention work would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be an advantage
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and perform shift duties

· Performs all duties applicable to the night shift ensuring report, premises check and other are preformed accordingly

Job Description & Requirements (LTA Tunnelling project)

- Conduct regular inspections at site, machineries, vehicles, equipments and other potential areas to identify environmental hazards that can cause harm to public health

- Lookout for signs of pollution and identify cases of environmental damage and contamination

- Develop and implement plans to control or eradicate environmental hazards

- Execute plans to reduce noise, pests control and disease vectors.

- Lookout for compliance with environmental regulations and make recommendations to improve adherence to the guidelines and regulations

- Work with other project team members for efficient management of environmental risks in the worksite

- Strong understanding of local environmental laws and regulations in order to develop and implement environmental control measures

Requirements :

1) Possess the necessary certified environmental certificates

• Prefer to have LTA MRT project experience.
