Job Description

• Experience in E-Commerce logistics, 3PL/Contract Logistics, Warehousing and Fulfillment as a Hunter Role
• Source and build up a pool of potential customer base
• Must have a network of customers
• Maintain good and professional working relationship with existing and potential customers
• Able to understand customer requirements and to work out proposals / quotations
• Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the department head

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Sales experience in E-Commerce/Fulfillment/Logistic/Supply Chain/3PL industries
• Processes strong clientele base and network and pricing capabilities within the industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skil

You will be part of the Construction Materials Centre that carries out testing on a wide range of construction related materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform petrographic analysis and evaluation on aggregate/concrete samples
• Develop new and customized test procedures, review test standards, as well as prepare test reports
• Explore new test area for market needs.
• Design and set-up text fixtures for customized test procedures
• Review SOP, risk assessments and ensure compliance to safety and quality standards
• Provide technical expertise and assistance to clients, vendors and staff
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments to resolve engineering issues or testing requirements
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of various laboratories and their facilities
• Upkeeping quality requirement for the Centre for SAC accreditation.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Geology, working experience in construction or testing industries will be advantageous.
• Familiarity to ISO 9001 and 17025 standards would be an added advantage
• Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
• Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
