• Your responsibilities will range from client front-ending, brief understanding, Project costing, quotations, and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
• Execute the project till handover, visit the site regularly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly and visit the site regularly.
• Market research to keep abreast in industry knowledge and keeping competitive

Requirements

• Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
• At least Diploma and above educational qualification.
• Handled projects end-to-end sales, design and execution.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.

Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee treasury and cash management for the Group
• Drive financial planning and budget management initiatives
• Identify revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
• Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure strong fiscal management, project coordination and workflows across the Group.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and local legislations
• senior management team to grow the Company’s financial position.

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in accountancy or equivalent (CA, CPA)
• Familiar with Singapore listing rules and reporting requirements
• Strategic, analytical and quick to adapt to changes.
• Strong leadership with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Experience with accounting in the manufacturing sector would be beneficial
