Our client is a security service company. They are looking for a Temp HR Executive (Payroll) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing, including tax filing, CPF submission, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Verify time attendance for correct payment and process various leave and claims.
• Assist in budgeting, salary reviews, and payroll system upgrades.
• Support Finance for payroll and budget reconciliation and handle employee inquiries.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Ricpay system preferred.
• Knowledge of the Employment Act is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
