1. Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matters within the Sales & Marketing Department.
2. 7. Refresh the Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.
8. Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.
9. Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
10. Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations, and ISO standards.
11. Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
12. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

Fei Yue started youth work in 1996, providing school counselling services for students. About the Role
