Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline processes.
• Liaise with other departments to obtain necessary financial information.
• Maintain organized databases for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll transactions.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all accounts / payroll data
• Basic knowledge on Singapore labour laws and tax regulations.
• Prepare and file payroll income tax reports and other regulatory filings as required.
• Work closely with the finance team members to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration between payroll and personnel records.
• Assist in final payroll process for employee salary, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.
• Generate payroll reports.
