- Managing the day to day operations of the restaurant and its associated ventures

- Oversee other staff as well as recruiting and training new employees

- Organising and managing work flow processes in front of house operations

- Liaising with suppliers and vendors for ordering of required consumables

- Actively engage customers both online and offline to generate sales
