Job Description:

1. To receive inquiries, take note of the caller’s particulars such as name, position, Company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
2. To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
3. To maintain and upkeep the filing system and Navison software on all aspects of waste information.
4. To assist Customer Service TEAM to ensure daily operational in the team.
5. To update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
6. To coordinate with the various departments, i.e. logistic and operations dept to ensure customers’ requirements are met.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma and above
2. At least one year Customer Service experience (MUST)
3. Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
4. Good communication skills and pleasant personality

Remuneration Package:

• Working hours : Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance if candidate travel to work by him/herself

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties and support to Leasing team
• Input information and data into lease management system
• Prepare lease documents and other related documents such as Letter of Offers and Tenancy Agreements, etc.
• Liaise with various parties on lease-related matters such as lawyers, IRAS, tenants etc
• Ensure goodtenants’ relations through regular communication and prompt response to tenants’ needs
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of reports
• Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions (such as agency fees, refund of security deposit, tenancy arrears) are followed up timely
• Maintain and update database, floor plan and Tenants’ contact list
• Any other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or office leasing
• Strong numerical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry
• Highly motivated, tenacious, positive and proactive
• Able to thrive on challenges and work under time pressures

Location: East, Alps Avenue

Responsibilities:

· Monitor day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation

· Handle transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.

· To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.

· Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..

· To assist for quality control and continuous improvement.

· Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.

· Assist in any other duties as required

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management

· Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff

· Preferable experience in 3PL

· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS

· Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.

· Forklift license added advantage
