Job Summary/Objective

The Restaurant CEO at will be responsible for leading and driving the overall success and growth of the restaurant chain. This role demands strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for culinary excellence. The CEO will ensure robust financial health and consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences.

I. Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic goals and objectives for the restaurant chain.

Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurants including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the executive team and staff to achieve business objectives.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth within the industry.

II. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of successful strategic planning and implementation.

Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management and reporting.

Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assume full responsibility for the comprehensive management of patients within the Dental Clinic, ensuring adherence to established policies and practice guidelines.
2. Make accurate diagnoses and referrals, seeking guidance from senior dentists as necessary to enhance patient care and outcomes.
3. Demonstrate competence and proficiency in performing basic dental procedures, contributing to the overall quality of dental services provided.
4. Provide consultations to Oral Health Therapists, offering guidance and support in the effective management of patients, and ensuring alignment with clinic protocols.
5. Collaborate with and assist the Head Dental Surgeon in the efficient operation of the clinics, responding promptly when called upon, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of clinic services.

Job Requirements:

1. Holds a degree from a university recognised by Singapore Dental Council.
2. Pass the relevant State/Regional Board licensing examination in the country which basic dental degree is obtained from. For any country that imposes such licensing conditions on its own dental graduates, the corresponding conditions will also be required the applicant to practise in Singapore.
3. Must be registered or registrable with the Singapore Dental Council.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall HR strategies, initiatives, policies and processes
• HR Generalist functions including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and learning
• Administer HR operational functions related to employees data management, leave administration, employee benefits administration, and medical claims
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations
• Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance to MOM regulations
• Consolidate HR reports/analysis and generate statistical reports as and when require
• Provide advice to employee on HR-related matters to foster positive employee relations
• Oversee office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, facilities maintenance, and coordination of office events.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Manage flights and hotels bookings for employees including travel visa applications

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• Proficient in Times Software HRMS and Microsoft PowerPoint / Excel
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
