1. Regulatory Compliance

· Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed. Weekly site progress report, including activities, tracking against schedule and list of non-compliance etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma in C&S Engineering from an institute accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore

· Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES

· Minimum 5 years of C&S and architectural work experience in supervision of industrial development with good knowledge of structural and building works, precast structures, structural steel, post-tensioned and local construction practices.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

· Good supervisory skills.
