JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, and ensure statutory books are in order and updated for the company’s portfolio of clients.
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new legal entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and other relevant laws
• Liaise with, advise clients, and prepare the necessary documents on entity formation, entity statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters
• Attend to routine of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
• Perform customer due diligence for on boarding and on-going monitoring
• Liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters.
• Assist to remind clients on deadline of holding Annual General Meeting for their portfolio of clients.
• Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and IRAS within the stipulated deadline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably of minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work
• Training provided for fresh graduates / entry level
• Must have good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF editor
• Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
• Detail oriented and able to multitask
• Organized, meticulous and result-oriented personality who is willing to learn and improve
• Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications would be advantageous

Job Responsibilities

- In-house design for company’s collateral

- Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube


- Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)


- Photography cum videography required at job sites for completed projects, followed by photo/video editing/production for content

Duties

• Maintain outlet’s cleanliness
• In charge of outlet’s daily opening and closing
• Deliver good customer service
• Understand restaurant menu and product knowledge, upsell company’s product
• Share the responsibility in guarantying the hygiene, safety and the service quality
• Placing food and beverages order, ensure the orders to be deliver within said timeframe
• Responsible for the cashier counter
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Daily Operations
• Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
• Ensure machineries are working efficiently and accordance to the cleaning requirement.
• To keep track and measure utility rate, machine capacity, reject rate, breakage rate and on time delivery
• Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards

Our client, a global hospitality company, is looking to hire an Accounts Executive to join their finance team on a 6 months contract basis.

The Role

You will be supporting the finance team with preparation of management reports, financial reports, audit schedules and ensuring all records are in accordance with policies. You will also be responsible for tax filing and reporting. Other tasks include handling receipts and payments for a few Asia entities and assisting with ad hoc finance related projects as and when necessary.

Your Profile

You should have a Diploma in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. To succeed in this role, you should have good knowledge of the accounting standards, are a self-starter, are proficient in Microsoft Excel, have good communication skills and meticulous.
