About the Role:
We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in managing HR processes, supporting employee needs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
Manage employee records and maintain the HR information system.
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Support training and development programs for staff.
Ensure company policies comply with employment laws and regulations.
Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of HR experience.
Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM)
