• Establish process priorities checklist to monitor project effectiveness, and develop forecasting plans to meet project dateline
• Analyse data and interpret situation from day to day task, make recommendations for improvements.
• Update on the latest advancement in logistics technologies to develop operation processes
• Collaborate with external partners such as vendors, transporters, 3PL and system developers to leverage their expertise and resources in advancing logistics operation
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) will be advantage
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skill
• Good observation and monitoring skill
• Preferably with leadership and teamwork skill
• Proficient in project management is preferred
• Strive for improvement personality is preferred

· Assist the RE in providing supervision for construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations

· Quality control of all Facade and architectural works

· Monitor progress of the works on site and any off-site manufacturing facilities as well as report delays immediately

· Support in maintaining records of works, materials, equipment, and contractor schedules, ensuring site safety and compliance

· Help manage the site office, ensuring cleanliness, proper filing systems, seating arrangements, office security, and maintenance of office equipment

· Provide standing supervision as and when required by contractors and provide full support to the RE in communicating instructions and ensuring that works are carried out accordingly

· Check drawings, documents and report discrepancies.

Is this role right for you?

· Minimum 10 years relevant experience

· Registered and Practising RTO’s certificate for the past 5 years

· Relevant experience in supervising aluminium, glass facade, precast construction

· Good working knowledge of concrete precast works and compliance to local building regulations

· Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried out

· Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills

· Good team player with other site staff

· Past work experience in residential or institutional projects.

• To Check all drawings, specifications and schedule of works as per the contract document and reporting the discrepancies to consultant and contractor in order to avoid progress delay.
• Full-time site supervision and inspections to ensure that all structural works are carried out as per approved specification and also as per drawings with approved material in an appropriate sequence and methods.
• Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site and quality of workmanship.
• Carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in discharge of the contract.
• Assist RE in supervision and inspecting all structural works.
• Assist CPM in site progress and update proper site records about the progress of work and documentation.
• Attend site meetings and site walks with clients and consultants.
• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, method of statement, other technical submissions, material samples and trade demonstration by the contractors.
• Assist and co-ordinate with consultants to resolve any technical and interfacing issues.
• Familiar in consultant Quality Management System and make proper documentation for QMS audit to comply HDB audit.
• Liaise with contractor on work schedule, progress, work quality and quality control etc.,
• Witness and verify any field test carried out on site.
• Monitoring Site Instrumentation report (Settlement marker, Vibration report, Noise meter).
• Update Monthly progress report and daily site activities report.
• Enforce quality control, Safety management, Vector control and tidiness of the work site.
• Update monthly Consultant Safety and Vector report.
