As a HR and Admin Executive, you must ensure due compliance and adherence to Singapore Employment Act and Company’s policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement in the various job portals, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.

• Conduct onboarding for new hires.

• Ensure that work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP) and status including monitoring of expiry dates.

• Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.

• Ensure timely acknowledgement of resignation and offboarding procedures which include cancellation and returning of work passes to MOM on a timely manner.

• Handle queries that staff may encounter during the course of employment and escalate upwards for sensitive and complicated cases.

• Update and manage employee records are updated real time accurately.

• Ensure that digitalisation of employee records throughout their life cycle with the Company are done in real time.

• Ensure monthly payroll are executed on a timely basis and 100% accuracy.

• Ensure CPF and related contributions are submitted on time.

As an Administrative Executive:-

• Oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.

• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies in accordance to budget.

• Provide administrative support for the meetings in ensuring meeting rooms are adequately set up.

• Any other duties as and when assigned as a HR and Admin Executive.

• Tracking projects status and follow-up with team for the action items

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating issued of sales and purchase related documents (invoice)
• Responsible of general administration function

Job Description

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Develop business opportunities based on the identified key offers (solicited/unsolicited).
• Create opportunities and collaborations with potential partners.
• Assist tender manager to manage tender processes and project development phase, work with key stakeholders (internal and external) to establish technical capabilities, cost model, legal compliance and secure the contract.
• Gather market information including change of regulations, competitors and customers’ activities development.
• Identify new market trends, market players, technologies and latest industry development relevant to our business.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business Development
• Three (3) to five (5) years experience in business development in environmental sector, power sector, oil and gas sector, preferably in water sector and/or waste to energy sector
• Proven track record in environmental projects in water sector and waste to energy sector
• Good local customer networks in environmental industry, especially water sector and waste to energy sector
• Good project development skills to manage a project from lead generation until end of project tender
• Technical skills required to understand and propose solutions focusing on client requirements
• Familiar with local environmental codes, regulations and permitting requirements
• Well versed in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Chinese customers
• Highly adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced organization
• Strong work ethic and proactive
• Willing to travel overseas

• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of corporate accounting and billing function
• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of vessel accounting function
• Prepare monthly payments to vendors and reimbursement of expense claims

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with treasury requirements (financing and payments) for Singapore and subsidiaries in Asia, namely Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Efficient communication with all platforms for any treasury on outward remittances and trade loan funding matters.
• Act as a bridge between the banks and execution team and other internal departments on any queries or issues on outward remittances transactions.
• Manage day to day cash flow requirements to ensure smooth, accurate and timely processing of outward remittances including FX transactions and trade loan drawdown with the banks (especially on the day prior to Singapore Public holidays to ensure that transactions are well processed).
• Maintain and update treasury file and TMS (Treasury Management System) to ensure data accuracy.
• Generate accurate and timely daily and monthly reporting.
• Any other duties as required.

Experiences:

• At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of trade finance instruments (Bill Collection, Standby Credit, Documentary Credit, Performance Bond)
