• Collaborate with managers to address staff performance issues and implement corrective actions.

• Stay current on trends and best practices in staff development and performance management.

• Assist with day to day operations of the Resource Management functions and duties

• Administration of transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews, turnover, promotions etc.

• Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners and integrate them into deployment plans.

• Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance

• Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the systems.

• Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Prepare monthly reports and to Management

• Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent with 1-3 years HR Business Partners Experience

• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus

• Familiarity with Excel and an interest in learning Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau

• Eagerness to engage with unstructured data to derive insights and contribute to solving business problems

• Willingness to develop presentation skills and effectively communicate with stakeholders

• Prepared to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

• New product planning:

- Analyse industrial trends, market data and customer insights to derive constructive ideas and information for the purpose of NPD.

- Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

• New product development (NPD):

- Responsible for entire NPD process; from concept initiation to completion, for both new product and reformulations.

- Take the lead in close collaboration with cross functional teams such as Regulatory, Marketing, Supply chain, Contract manufacturers, R&D and Quality, for seamless on-time delivery of products.

- Source for contract manufacturers and liaise with formulators to develop new product; be the main contact point with these suppliers for NPD/ formulation discussions.

- Review formulas and ingredient/ design statements for new product that is compliant with regulations.

- Familiar with the concept of product challenge test, stability, and compatibility studies.

- Research market prices, create accurate product costing data and propose product pricing.

• New product introduction:

- Conduct product training to regional trainer/marketing team and key leaders of salesforce.

• Post-launch product management:

- Analyse product performance and identify actions required.

- Manage product feedback and propose technically sound customer-centric reply.

- React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.

• Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.
• Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Cosmetic Science or Chemistry.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development/ management in the cosmetic and skin care industry.

• Bonus if candidates have prior experience with beauty/personal care/medical device.

• Strong interest in marketing of beauty, skin care, personal care and/ or beauty device products.
