Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Engineer/Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role

• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (MS Windows and Red Hat preferred)

Role Summary

You will be responsible to analysis of production lines to identify improvement, fostering cross-departmental collaboration for project implementation, and utilizing data analysis for management reporting. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Platform Engineer with expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), BMC, Control-M, Moody's Risk Analytics, and SQL. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of platforms in a 24x7 environment. This role involves proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and contributing to platform stability and performance.

• 3–6 years of experience in platform engineering, technical support, or related roles

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its components.

• Hands-on experience with BMC and Control-M for monitoring and scheduling tasks.

• Strong knowledge of Moody's Risk Analytics tools.

• Advanced SQL skills for query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Experience in providing 24x7 technical support for mission-critical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems related to security surveillance, including IP CCTV, Perimeter Protection Systems (PPS), Physical Security Information Management Systems (PSIM), Video Management Systems (VMS), and audiovisual systems.
• Analyze, plan, implement, test, and manage integrated perimeter, video surveillance, and video analytics security systems, ensuring smooth operations.

· Assist the project manager with on- and off-site meeting pertaining to the technical issues

· Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities

· Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project

· Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule

· Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities

· Coordinates with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines and Quantity surveyors;

· Address site issues related to design;

· Liaises with Consultants and sub-contractors;
