CIM Engineer (12 months Renewable Contract)

Monday to Friday/ Office working hours

Responsibilities:

• Setup, configure and provide operation support to CIM system.
• Investigate, analyze production line operation issue, develop solution to system related problem.
• Develop technical or training material as required.
• Involve in user/vendors discussion and brainstorming session.
• Analyze requirements, design, develop and test, implement, optimize.
• Document design specifications, user acceptance test and release.
• Analyze and implement improvement opportunity to enhance CIM system in support of business strategy.
• Provide cross-functional leadership (for senior position) and vendor interaction to troubleshoot, analyze and develop solution for problem involving integrated systems.
• Provide training to enable 1st line support equipped with appropriate knowledge/skill to provide frontline operation support for production.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent fields
• Semi-conductor CIM development and support experience is preferred
• Familiar with SECS / GEM Protocol
• Database knowledge (SQL commands, data accessing etc.)
• Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process

Position Description

This position is responsible for supporting sales team in achieving sales target and growth of all NEWAY® products business within the stated region for NEWAY with direct responsibility for distributors/agents in the region.

Main Responsibilities

· Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors, customers in the timely manner

· Work closely with the Sales Team and provide technical support to customers

· Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery

· Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status

· Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment

· Liaise and resolve any sales issues with respective customers

Qualifications/Requirement.

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Candidate with valves and actuation experience is an advantage

· Working in similar valves line or practical knowledge with Ball, Butterfly, GGC valves and its associated actuators will be advantage

· Good command in English & Chinese to liaise with HQ associates & customers

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus point

· Good communication skills and able to liaise with factory

• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, assertive , independent and proactive.
• Candidate without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
