Job Description
· Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation for all related M & E works
· Coordinate with Client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on all technical matters and provide all M & E related resolutions with documentation, where required
· Review project specifications and technical clarifications
· Prepare method statements and check drawings discrepancies, defects inconsistencies in construction drawings
· Monitor progress of works and troubleshoot issues on site
· Ensure quality of M & E workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental requirements
· Possess growth mindset and positive attitude
· Thrive well in a culture which focuses on teamwork, able to support one another and not calculative
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
· Minimum 5 years’ work experience in M & E related roles in New Build / R & R / A & A projects
· Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility
· Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with relevant site people to execute work
· Ability to work independently and under pressure
