About the Client:

Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and configure OpenShift clusters and containerized applications.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation related to design, configuration, usage, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, etc., for all OCP environments.

· Provide Technical assessment and advisory in relation to design, installation, configuration, including system upgrade and migration of OCP environment, including the operators for OCP.

· Collaborate with development teams to onboard and optimize applications on the OpenShift platform.

· Implement best practices for containerization, orchestration, and automation using OpenShift.

· Troubleshoot Red Hat OCP configuration and services and container issues, working in collaboration with other relevant IT areas and vendor support towards a quick and effective resolution.

· Work on container security solutions and ensure compliance with security policies.

· Manage OpenShift clusters for performance, availability, and capacity planning.

· Perform assessments and health checks of existing solutions and provide best practice recommendation and guidance to Support team.

· Automate deployment process.

Requirement:

· Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the implementation of OpenShift/Kubernetes environments

· Expertise with the RedHat OpenShift Container Platform/Kubernetes.

· Experience in dealing with container configuration management, especially Helm and app-of-apps concepts.

· Experience working with infrastructure as code technologies such as Ansible, Terraform.

· Knowledge of application development, ideally Java Spring Boot.

· Experience in CI/CD Pipeline.

Purpose:

Responsible for performing the final inspection of assembly products to meet Customer's quality standards.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

· Perform In-process and Final Inspection for assembly tools and loose assembly modules to meet the requirement as defined on drawing, WI and any related documents.

· Initiate Material Review Board (MRB) review when part or assembly is not according to requirement as defined on drawing, WI and any related documents during in-process inspection.

· Update outgoing inspection record after Final Inspection to allow monitoring of the internal quality.

· Raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for non-conformance found to ensure reject is recorded.

· Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

Qualification & Experiences:

· Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent course

· Preferably with Workplace safety & health in Metal work certification

1. Primary Responsibilities

• Quality Planning & Documentation: Develop, implement, and maintain a project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plan that aligns with BCA CONQUAS standards, ensuring all quality processes meet assessment criteria.
• CONQUAS Compliance Monitoring: Monitor construction activities to meet CONQUAS requirements, ensuring each component (structural, architectural, and M&E works) adheres to the system’s quality benchmarks and detailed criteria.
• Material Inspection & Testing: Oversee the inspection and testing of materials used on-site, ensuring conformity with BCA-approved materials and standards under CONQUAS. This includes managing third-party testing agencies when required.
• Site Audits & Inspections: Conduct frequent site inspections and audits focused on CONQUAS criteria, including workmanship, material application, and defect minimization in structural, architectural, and M&E works.
• Non-Conformance Management (NCR): Identify, document, and address non-conformances, particularly those impacting CONQUAS scoring. Recommend corrective actions, ensuring rectifications align with quality standards to avoid future issues.

2. Collaboration with Project Team

• Coordination with Site Engineers & Supervisors: Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure construction methods comply with CONQUAS specifications, providing guidance on quality protocols and rectifications as needed.
• Client & Consultant Interaction: Act as the primary quality liaison with clients and consultants, updating them on QA/QC matters and addressing quality concerns directly related to CONQUAS scoring.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Quality & CONQUAS Reports: Prepare quality and assessment reports, including checklists and summaries that reflect compliance with CONQUAS scoring standards, inspection records, and non-conformance resolutions.
• Record Management: Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, including BCA CONQUAS documentation, material certificates, inspection logs, and testing results.

4. Technical Skills and Knowledge

• CONQUAS Standards & Guidelines: In-depth knowledge of BCA’s CONQUAS standards, especially in structural, architectural, and M&E works criteria, assessment scoring, and inspection guidelines.
• Inspection Techniques & Tools: Proficiency in inspection techniques and tools that align with CONQUAS criteria, including non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspection practices.

5. Training & Development

• CONQUAS Training for Team: Train the construction team on CONQUAS requirements, quality assessment protocols, and best practices to enhance work quality and scoring.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives that reflect CONQUAS requirements, addressing observed quality gaps with updates to procedures.

6. Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry, with added experience in managing Quality Marks assessment processes or certifications a significant advantage
• Certifications: BCA-Approved CONQUAS training or relevant quality certification such as ISO 9001:2015 in Quality Management Systems.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess and improve quality standards.
