RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead technical sales presentations, product design, and integration discussions to support key sales and business development opportunities.
• Act as the technical liaison between Sales and Product teams to address technology-related buying objections from prospects.
• Independently manage all aspects of technical product evaluations, from integration with our e-commerce platform to data interpretation within customer environments.
• Architect, demonstrate, and lead seamless integrations of our e-commerce platform and advanced e-commerce services to optimize strategic accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Dual proficiency in Chinese and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting SaaS, web applications, and e-commerce technologies. Payments industry experience is a plus.
• Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with SPA frameworks like React or Vue is a bonus.
• Proficient in back-end languages like Python or PHP, and API integration tools such as Postman.
• Strong CMS administrative skills, especially with WordPress or WooCommerce.
• Solid eCommerce domain knowledge, including checkout processes, DRMs, fulfilment solutions, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Payment Gateways.
• Experience in customer success, technical support, or development is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.

Datacenter Operations Engineer

The Leaseweb APAC team is growing quickly and looking for talented individuals to join us. Our Data center Operations Team is involved in the daily management of our current 6 data center facilities in the APAC region (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia) and we are about to open 3 more data center location in Singapore, Japan and Australia later this year.
