• Adheres to local laws and fiscal regulations, obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
• Safeguards legal records, oversees tax matters, and approves disbursements and adjustments.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Finance or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Financial management.
• Experience in hospitality industry is a must.

Admin Duties

• Maintain the reception area in an orderly fashion.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of meeting room, VIP room and the general area to ensure set up are according to the checklist for use/occupancy.
• Assist for daily operation in the setup of venue space. (Eg. Check projector, audio system working. top-up of beverage inventory)
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, filing documents, and processing paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls and update space booking status.
• Manage and update space booking using the event calendar.

Sales Duties

• Manage enquires via all the channel OSA online agency. (Training provided)
• Track and follow up on activities, including introducing the event space to walk-in clients.
• Assist in preparing quotation and other documentation required by client.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma and above.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in this hospitality industry is preferred.
• Highly motivated, with a positive mindset, good working attitude, strong customer service skills, and a sense of responsibility.
• Solution-focused with the ability to work independently and minimal supervision.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Proficient in social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, TikTok etc) will be a plus.
• IT Savy.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Salary: $2200 to $2800 per month (Depending on experience)

Location: Tajong Pagar, International Plaza

Working Arrangement: Mondays to Sunday: 5 Day work week.

Off on public holiday

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Check on staff punctuality and discipline

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

5. At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in hotel sector
