Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outlet
• Deliver genuine service from the heart
• Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue
• Deliver convivial hospitality to all our guests
• Ensure internal quality standards and procedures are being understood and practiced
• Drive continuous improvements to achieve operational excellence
• Conduct trainings such as OJTs, orientation and service standards as development for each team member

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in management
• Experience in restaurants or bars in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement excellence by optimizing purchasing strategies and supply chain processes to meet business objectives across multiple sectors.
• Lead the design and implementation of efficient vendor management practices, ensuring transparency and accountability during supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to align supply chain strategies with client needs, delivering seamless and cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform procurement decisions and identify innovative opportunities for value creation.
• Oversee performance monitoring and category management, ensuring suppliers deliver consistent quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement systems to manage risks, ensure compliance, and uphold standards in sourcing and procurement practices.
• Develop strategic supply chain frameworks to support new business initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational scalability.
• Lead and inspire a team to achieve supply chain targets, enhance performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing supply chains with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a record of implementing impactful procurement solutions.
• Familiarity with the Food and Beverage or Service sectors is a plus.

• Maintain a system of internal control over property assets, revenue & expenses.

• Meticulous with good problem solving & analytical skills
