Qualifications and Profile

Main Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs. Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Identify and resolve issues which have organisation wide and long-term impact. Identify security risks, creates requirements to capture security issues, and performs initial threat modelling to ensure coding standards meets security requirements
• Develop and maintain the software configuration management plan and oversees the building, verification and implementation of software releases. Provide guidance and technical support to the quality testing teams.
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (business analysts/ support teams… ) to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates and troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application-related issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to capital markets.
• Participate to proof of concept for new technology R&D
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation by leverage your programming skills to create custom tools and scripts that automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Develop scripts and automation tools using Python, shell scripting, and other basic programming languages to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Engage and support others in the team, readily put forth his ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with computer hardware engineers (CAGIP and ITS) to integrate infrastructure constraint (whether in-premise or cloud) hardware and software systems aligned with capacity, develop specifications and performance requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant specialities (IT).
• Minimum 8 to 12 years working experience in relevant roles.
• At least 12 years of experience in software development
• At least 8 years of experience in Java / J2EE development
• At least 3 years of experience with Jenkins, GIT (GitLab)
• At least 2 years of experience in Ansible
• Experience in cloud native architecture (Micro services).
• AWS cloud architecture
• Experience with Docker / Kurbernetes / Microservices
• Strong knowledge on various design patterns
• A strong understanding of recent Java language features, such as lambdas, streams, and futures
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with strong fundamentals in complexity analysis
• Strong ability to analyze code – understand execution flow & debug even without access to a debugger
• Experience with Maven, Git, writing and maintaining integration tests
• Strong familiarity with APIs development and security design
• Good knowledge of SQL or an SQL-inspired dialect such as HQL

An ideal candidate will also have expertise in some or all of the following:

• JupyterLab, JupyterHub, Jupter notebook, Mercury ecosystem
• Gitlab, Jenkins and Ansible with exposure to devops culture
• Jira or a similar issue-tracking systems

Job responsibility

• Leading project planning sessions
• Transportation infrastructure and construction, for Automated People Mover System.
• Daily reporting and communication in Japanese with Japan Office.

Job requirement

• Excellent Japanese Language skills (JLPT N1 or equivalent level) in both business writings & speaking to coordinate & communicate precise information with Japanese stakeholders in the APAC region / counterparts in Japan HQ.
• Experience in negotiation for contract terms
• Technical skill to utilize Primavera P6, which is software for project management, to lead the regular progress update and the contractual negotiation arrangement such as extension of time.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with multiple stakeholders including superiors, colleagues, contracted staff and individuals both inside and outside the organization

Job Responsibilities

• Check and verify that the works being implemented on the job site are incompliance with the requirement of latest approved drawings and contract specifications
• Plan and arrange concrete trail mix as per specs.
• Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) once activities deviated from the approved drawings and Contract specifications
• Liaise with the QPs/Client for the closure of Non-Conformance notices.
• Preparation and Submission of Method of Statement, Quality record and documents, Test Results, Material Submission and Concrete Design Mixes for client approval
• Maintain Project Quality Plan, Management Plan and other Quality records, attend and/or arrange testing activities
• Compilation of all test reports for submission to the authorities via transmittal
• Update of progress monthly report under quality matters for submission to the authorities.
• Support the site external and internal quality audits.

• Identify and resolve system failures and perform/oversee preventative maintenance.
• Direct project groups and/or technicians, providing activities and guidance on utility process, design, and construction.
• Compile data on utility process units, monitoring system efficiency, energy usage and material usage.

• Engage and liaise with approved subcontractor for any service diversion work.

Requirements

• Experience with project management and budget control
• Understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 55000)
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, CEM, FMP) are a plus
