The Network and Security Engineer will be responsible for the initial support and maintenance of client network and security systems. This role entails 24x7 standby support, both onsite and remote troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and ensuring the implementation of security patches and firmware/software upgrades. The position is critical in ensuring SLA contractual obligations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and hotfixes.

• Conduct and maintain accurate and up-to-date preventive maintenance reports, as required by contractual obligations.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in network and security support.
• Familiarity with hardware replacements and basic to intermediate configuration tasks.
• Experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proficiency in handling security patches, firmware updates, and vulnerability assessments.
• Basic understanding of incident management processes.
