• Preparing and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
• Preparing schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences

Reports to : Director, Business Operations

Overall Job Objectives

This role is to support global business processes across sales, factories and business unit organizations.

We are looking for a resourceful candidate with a strong analytical capability, and able to utilize various systems for data evaluation. This position is based at our Regional Singapore office.

Core Responsibilities

• Build up cost models to provide package cost estimates and manufacturing readiness inputs to business unit, engineering and factory
• Support critical meetings with internal cross functional teams on product / package costing
• Develop relationships with factory, sales and business units to ensure alignment with industry and customer trends
• Responsible for production pricing maintenance duties, including approving pricing issues in SAP
• Assist global sales take-or-pay coordination and reconciliation
• Adhoc analysis of various revenue related items

Job Specifications

• BS degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
• Direct experience and/or strong familiarity with semiconductor FlipChip opportunities is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and raw materials.
• Advanced Excel usage and large data set manipulations.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate technical requirements/issues into the business context or vice versa.
• Able to work independently and to multi-task, excellent communication and presentation skills and working across functional groups as well as cross-culturally.

Job Description:

1. Contribute to defining product specifications, microarchitecture, and implementation for high-speed memory interfaces.

2. Perform RTL coding, LINT checks, and initial testing of designs.

3. Collaborate with the verification team for debugging in the lab.

4. Work closely with the software team and/or customers to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Electronic, or Computer Engineering;

2. 6 of experience in ASIC design, with a strong understanding of the ASIC development process.

3. Proficiency in Verilog HDL coding and EDA tools for synthesis and timing analysis.

4. Experience with high-speed interfaces (e.g., DDR, SerDes, PCIe) is a plus.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver results within deadlines.

6. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Job scope:

• Perform equipment on-site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing
• Perform equipment continuous improvement programmes, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairing works
• Serves as company contact point with customer on technical matters

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of one or more devices that are part of an integrated e-payment Fare Collection System. The successful candidate will also be involved in the software development lifecycle from definition of requirements to design and development, and testing.

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

• Knowledge or work experiences in the following areas is an added advantage
• Java application development
• Web application using HTML/HTML5, JavaScript and JavaScript Framework (i.e. AngularJS, ExtJS, JQuery, Bootstrap)
• Interfacing with database (i.e. MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL) using ODBC/JDBC and SQL

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building, facilities, and security at all Company’s sites.
• Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance, and repair of the critical site systems and equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Critical systems and equipment include power/ UPS, backup generator, and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
• Provide situation/ status updates to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
• Liaise with contractors on maintenance/ repair.
• Supervise contractor on-site.
• Review the risk assessment submitted by the contractor prior to the commencement of work.
• Ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to the commencement of work.

Location: Woodlands Horizon

Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days

• Service knowledge including pricing, cost and profitability, market acceptance, channel, and competitive dynamics.
