• Conduct manual testing on the iOS, Android, and Products in web versions to ensure high performance and usability standards.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Console Android Vitals to track application stability, identify online issues, reproduce them offline, and report to the development team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, including pre-release testing for new versions, pre-launch testing for features, regular function testing, and regression testing after major bug fixes.
• Document and prioritize test results, including detailed reproduction steps, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Verify and validate fixes post-development, ensuring solutions meet quality standards.
• Communicate complex issues effectively in Mandarin with product and development teams, especially to bridge communication with engineers and users in China.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years working experience as software QA
• Good understanding of iOS, Android, and Flutter Web environments.
• Strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Prior experience in software testing (mobile )is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (written, spoken, and reading) to facilitate collaboration with Mandarin-speaking engineers and users.
