• Carry out time studies and update the process cycle times.
• Provide timely technical support to the Production Team pertaining to manufacturing process and quality issues.
• Engage in DFM and Lean Line Design activities.
• Relentlessly explore, evaluate, and review new tools, equipment, processes, etc.
• Actively and continuously improve the work processes to improve work efficiency and quality.
• Work with Program Management, Production, and Quality Assurance Teams to identify potential process risks and make recommendations to mitigate these risks.

Requirement

• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing process engineering
