POSITION SUMMARY

An IT support individual is in charge of supporting end user technologies, including desktop, printers, devices and potentially network and systems of all types, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for end user desktops and laptops which include but not limited to internal hardware component replacements.

• Provide first level troubleshooting & installation of software or firmware applications.

Our team's mission is to empower TikTok users to turn creativity into reality via videos. We build the core video creation product to support tens of millions of TikTok creators every day. All the viral props and effects you find on TikTok are developed by us, via close collaboration with TikTok AR effects and multimedia teams. Responsibilities

As a System/ Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

Able to configure CISCO, Fortinet, Juniper, Firewall & Antivirus, and other security software.

1. To inspect the vessel repairs and prepare the inspection reports
2. Based on the inspection report to prepare the budget cost estimate & submit tender proposal to client for new projects before deadline
3. Follow-up with client for bid status so as to secure for order confirmation
4. Project co-ordination with client, vendors, subcontractors and procurement department for all project acitivities
5. Involve in project kick off meetings and Client meeting as and when required
6. Prepare and update material take off for project procurement and bid proposals
