Job Description:

* Strong marketing & presentation preparations skillets.

* Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers in local market

* Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.

* Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfill

Customers requests and focus on improving the customers’ experience.

* Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.

*Build and strengthen the relationship with consultants, contractors and developers.

* Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.

* Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.

* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Compulsory Job Responsibility & Requirements:

1) Master's degree in marketing, Sociology, business, or related field.

2) Mandatory working day Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm (3 hours over time)

Responsibilities

• Designing surveys – Ensure the operational feasibility and research validity of questionnaires.
• Executing surveys – Assisting or managing a team of interviewers / surveyors, allocating quotas and controlling output per interviewer. This includes conducting surveyor briefings, in-depth interviews (IDI) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
• Quality control – entails recalling, editing, coding and processing of questionnaires.
• Analysis & report writing – Use of SPSS for data analysis, report writing, presentation deck making and dashboard design
• Project coordination – Coordinating between teams and with clients to keep a project on time and in compliance with quality standards. Candidates with strong multi-tasking abilities preferred to ensure multiple projects at different stages can be run simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology, Sociology) of Business (e.g., Consumer Research) is strongly preferred. Candidates who have undertaken research modules would be at an advantage (e.g. Sampling methods / Qualitative research methods / Quantitative research methods).
• Confident individuals with the ability to communicate / speak / write well.
• Individuals with excellent CCA records demonstrating leadership experience/management are preferred.
• Team players who are able to work within and across departments are preferred.
• Exposure to research fieldwork (i.e. internships / school modules / part-time work / survey jobs) is a plus.

• Has held a position as the Chief Information Security Officer or Head of Information Security
• Demonstrated track record and experience in planning, development and execution of an Enterprise Wide Cyber Security Strategy and Program for one or more organisations.
• Has built and matured a Security Operations team and functions, understands the balance between people, process and technology
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and observability solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and engage in detailed technical discussions and presentations with executives.
• Validated experience in building and being a great partner with customers, partners and collaborators.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and provide strategic insights.
• Understanding of sales processes and ability to support sales opportunities with the ability to craft and influence account strategies.

• Proven troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and think critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• PLC knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities: -

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems including computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems
• Perform on-site installation, continual improvement programmes, parts' overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications and repair works on equipment
• Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
