• Assist to carry out annual risk review and ad-hoc risk assessment of the subsidiaries.
• Assist with the management of the company's internal control system, including but not limited to the formulation of the company's internal control management policy, the formulation of internal control defect identification standards policy, the formation of the company's internal supervision, checking, management and guidance control mechanism.
• Assist to carry out routine management of the company's internal control work, strengthen the communication and report with CNAF internal control department, and form a good monthly and quarterly monitoring reporting system, and to complete the annual or ad-hoc internal control report on a timely basis.
• Assist in credit risk management work when necessary, including KYC reviews and credit evaluations of trading counterparties.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Risk Management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Economics/ Finance/ related field or equivalent.
2. Min 2 years of experience in risk management, internal control, audit or other relevant functions. Understand the standard governance structure of the company.
3. Excellent people skills and communication skills, strong team player with ability to work collaboratively with external vendor and internal departments.
4. Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

2. Go through daily reconciliation report or schedule query via database to identify anomalies and discrepancies, find out root cause and implement corrective measures.

5. Monitor & engage in the ongoing and detailed evaluation & trending of data quality.

7. Collate, manage, rationalise, associated with technology team to support in impact assessment, fix data quality issue, UAT and support implementation and live verification.
8. Actively partnering with the technology team in the solution's process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.

Responsibilities

• Process daily trade transactions in a timely and accurate manner within service level agreement.
• Perform pre-processing review of customers’ submissions and conduct documentary checks.
