This role manages Employee Health, Retirement, Risk, and Leave benefit programs within the APJ regions, working with external brokers and cross-functional teams (Compensation, FP&A, Legal) to ensure compliance and market competitiveness. Responsibilities include managing benefit enhancements, supporting new market setups and local integrations, optimizing benefit processes, and overseeing vendor relationships and service levels. The role also assists with pensions governance, handles escalated benefits issues, and supports M&A activities. Additionally, it manages long-term leave cases, implements leave policies, and ensures alignment with company guidelines and local regulations, while contributing to the global benefits budget planning process.

• Management of Employee Health, Retirement, Risk, and Leave Benefit programs in APJ countries
• Collaborate with external brokers and cross-functional teams (Compensation, FP&A, Legal) to ensure compliance and seamless execution of benefit-related tasks
• Ensure market competitiveness by analysing market data, benchmarking surveys, and peer companies' benefit offerings
• Manage benefit enhancements, implement new benefits and new market setups, and support the integration of global benefit programs locally
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization in collaboration with the GP care team
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high service levels and monitoring performance.
• Support pension governance processes where needed
• Own escalated benefits issues, partnering with vendors and the Global People team to resolve problems effectively
• During the global benefits budget cycle, ensure recommendations for new programs are financially sustainable
• Provide administrative support for M&A activities, including due diligence and onboarding presentations
• Manage long-term leave cases (e.g., medical or disability), ensuring compliance with leave policies, and coordinate return-to-work planning with external vendors
• Implement and maintain leave policies in line with company guidelines and local laws and communicate updates to employees

The Role

The IT Senior Systems Analyst reports to the Senior IT Manager based in London. This role involves regular interaction with many of the firm’s partners, requiring comfort and ease in such an environment.

Primarily a day-to-day hands-on support role which includes limited management oversight and responsibility, the ideal candidate will have experience in a law firm environment, excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure while being approachable, and able to inspire confidence. The candidate ideally has experience in an ITIL-based support environment, leading local projects, and can analyse and resolve problems methodically and logically. The service desk function operates a ‘follow-the-sun’ model supporting customers across all regions.

Work hours are typically from 09:00 to 17:30. However, due to the international nature of the firm, flexibility is required to accommodate projects and Service Desk operations, including occasional international travel.

Responsiblities

• Day-to-day accountability for ensuring excellent service delivery firmwide.
