Role Summary:

As a Senior Business Analyst and Data Analyst, you will:

• Support business and credit users by translating requirements into actionable deliverables and managing tasks from project initiation to post-implementation support.
• Enhance and support applications for Special Asset Management, T&M Credit & Credit Control, and SME Credit & Data Chapter.
• Analyze and improve internal credit systems, define and document requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery through user acceptance testing and training.
• Collect, profile, clean, and analyze data to provide insights and support business opportunities using traditional or machine learning methods.

• Lead projects and provide business support in Corporate Credit Risk.

Requirements:

• Degree in Banking, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in business and data analysis, preferably in corporate credit risk and wholesale banking.
• Subject matter expertise in Corporate Credit Risk with a strong understanding of credit products and risk management.
• Proficient in SQL and experience in data profiling to support data-driven decision-making and risk analysis.
• Previous working experience in the banking domain in Singapore is essential.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, data analytics, and machine learning projects is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is a plus.
• Strong people management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Conducting vulnerability testing and risk analyses to assess security and performing internal and external security audits.
• Analyzing security breaches to identify the cause and to update incidence responses and disaster recovery plans.
