Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology;
• Minimum four (4) years of Business Analyst experience with at least two (2) years as a Team Lead managing projects and people;
• Hands on experience in end-to-end support involving documentation and development, in adherence to coding standards and guideline;
• Exposure to end-to-end development of software products from requirement analysis to system study, design, implementation, testing and documentation;
• Working experience in Agile methodology;

Responsibilities

• Part of the project team to support the design, development, implementation of all integration points and interfaces with other applications/systems;
• Facilitate user group discussions for requirement gatherings, design and solution;
• Propose and design solutions to meet the business needs with the help of the IT technical team;
• Plan and conduct System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT);
• Involved in the data migration requirements, planning and activities to enable system implementation;
• Involved in the Pre & Post implementation as well as the Change Management activities;
• Participate in the quality assurance activities and risk management exercise for provision of mitigation solutions and management of risk;
• Responsible for all project documentations (design and program specifications), data migration specifications, cutover execution plan as well as training materials;
• Provide timely reporting of project status to the Project Manager and assist in the preparation and presentation in meeting.

The Expense & Investment team is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. We are a group of finance business partners supporting various Business Functions.  This role supports the Products & Solutions function to drive Value Added Services

What a Senior Financial Analyst does at Visa:

• Support the budgeting, forecasting and multi year planning process for the Business Function teams in AP. Provide guidance to Business Functions to achieve realistic and timely forecasts. Support the business and finance teams in the preparation of budget and forecast reports to support management review of financial outcomes
• Review forecast and budget submissions and perform an independent challenge to improve accuracy of forecasts. Analyze spending trends and recommend to Finance management a handicap to forecasts if required
• Provide advisory and consultative support to Business Function teams on finance related areas and bring financial discipline in investment decisions
• Maintain templates to track revenue, incentives and expenses.  Prepare reports to evaluate business performance to forecast and budgets
• Build financial models and provide projections using historical data, industry assumptions and metrics. Prepare ad hoc business cases & analysis
• Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities, and issues related to the assigned functional areas
• Collaborates easily and successfully with all levels of management in a matrix organization structure

As a Global Supply Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for takes charge of global supply planning for specific platforms and commodity areas. You will:

• COS Management; Responsible for commodity continuity of supply
• Acts as a single point of contact for all commodity related demand and supply issues/ requirements. Interfaces with Demand Planning organization to gather commodity demand requirements and trends. In case of demand pushouts or pull-in, lead discussions with Demand Planning and other internal stakeholders to determine the best course of action on supplier commits
• Coordinates with Global Commodity Managers to drive the commodity COS strategy
• Works with the supplier to negotiate the lead time and other supply requirements, and communicates the supply plan to internal stakeholders

Job Description

• Produce an agreed number of credit reports per month against volume and timeliness KPI and support the Credit Risk Team Lead – APAC to ensure the regional and global targets are met

Responsibilities

You will be part of the team which handles payments and other student-related financial matters for the institute. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering Financial Aid schemes, e.g. PSEA, CPF, Mendaki, Tuition Fee loan, Study loan, scholarships and bursaries.
• Checking that payment transactions (e.g. supplier invoices, student claims) have appropriate certification and approvals before processing payments.

The Marketing Reporting Analyst analyzes and implements the annual rate increase and rate initiatives for UPS Domestic and Global services. He/She participates in market and competitive research for rate initiative strategies. He/She supports the supervisor to manage rate increase projects and determines financial impact of rate initiatives and other revenue enhancement projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluates marketplace trends to look for opportunities to increase profits.
• Analyzes competitor rate strategies and compares competitor rates to ensure UPS is well positioned in the market.
• Creates effective dashboard/reports for performance analysis and deep dives to get insights.
• Coordinates with district teams on helping to streamline the existing reporting process.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics and finance or any relevant field of discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience performing in a similar capacity in marketing, pricing, market analytics or revenue management.
• Excellent command of English communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to converse effectively and able to work well with people of all levels.
• Display exceptional analytical skills with high sensitivity to figures with problem-solving abilities.
