* Oversee the development of novel features and maintenance tasks for the in-house System and Commercial Leasing System.
* Perform in-depth user requirement analysis and devise solutions for new system development and enhancements to existing systems.
* Establish and oversee project timelines and deadlines to guarantee thorough configuration, testing, and implementation of the product.
* Efficiently manage and coordinate project teams and external vendors.
* Ensure that the final deliverable aligns with specified requirements and actively contributes to production deployment.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and strive for the development of optimal solutions.

The Successful Applicant

* Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
* At Least 5 years of valuable experience in Business Analysis.
* At least 3 years of hands-on design and development proficiency in:.net/C# ,Microsoft SQL Server
* Hands-on experience in managing applications within Cloud Platforms, including AWS and Azure.
* Prove your competence in designing workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation.
