Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on monthly departmental performance, comparing actual results to budget and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in annual revenue and projection processes to support organizational financial planning.
• Perform costing and pricing evaluations for services, programs, and new initiatives.
• Provide financial analytics for value-based initiatives and decision-making.
• Participate in understanding system structures, relationships, and end-to-end workflows, including system setup and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario building for projects or programs.
• Manage any assigned ad hoc projects or tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum in Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Healthcare industry experience, especially in management accounting or data analytics, is a bonus.

• Support management decision-making with in-depth analyses.

Skills and Qualifications:
