As an Operational Control Analyst for the Asia Rice Platform, your role is to be a key financial partner to the platform, and be primarily responsible for timely reporting, monitoring and analysis of the Business Results and Exposures. You are required to understand the trade flows, strategies and to produce commentary and analysis as and when required. You will be responsible for the monthly closing process and working closely with near-shore Accounting. 2025 Graduate Trainee Program (Finance Track):

This is an 18-month program designed to equip you with foundational knowledge and professional skills in the Finance and Risk departments. The program begins with a 1-year rotation in Business Controlling department where you will learn about the core Trading and Merchandizing activity performing Daily Position, P&L Reporting and supporting Month-End closing and other business focused analysis.
