JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts of a few operational entities, including management accounts, tax matters, GST and cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders including outsourced shared service providers

What We're Looking For:

Account Receivables Function

• Manage day-to-day AR operations including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
• Generating billing invoices and ensuring accuracy in invoicing based on sales reports.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments receivable are accounted for and properly Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues are attended promptly and communication is handled professionally.
• Retrieve invoices and/or any related documents on request and send them to customers.

• Enter payment details of the Vendors/Suppliers in the Bank for payment process.
• Payment mode via TT/Giro/Account Transfer/Cheque.
• Update payment details in the Zoho books once approval is made.
• Managing and following up on open invoices with the marketing team for payment process approval.
• Verify cost accrual is done based on the actual cost spent with the marketing team.
• Process checking and payment for expense reports & credit card reconciliation.
• Managing cash outflow for AP payments and estimation.
• Filing of suppliers’ invoices, payment vouchers and documents and other data entry admin duties as required.

General Responsibilities

• To assist with the reporting analysis and system when needed.
• To provide support on taxation and audit process to ensure compliance and other ad-hoc admin/ finance functions as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy.
