Responsibilities

• Monthly Actual Results Reporting and Analysis
• Mid-Month Forecast and Quarterly Reporting
• Variance Analysis and Financial Insight
• Timely Submission of Reporting Package to HQ
• Coordinate Annual Plan and quarterly Budget
• Assist in Standard Costing Implementation
• Assist in ERP System Implementation
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA is required.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in FP&A and group accounting roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with teams and stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data modelling.
• Experience in ERP systems and their implementation is highly desirable.
• Energetic and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Highly meticulous and accurate

· Position: Senior Finance Manager

· Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + GOOD Performance Bonus (3-6 Months)

· Duration: Permanent

· Industry: Oil & Marine Offshore

Main Responsibilities:

· Manages accounting functions, reviewing of reports, statistics detailing financial results

· Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations

· Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

· Review month end closing of accounts

· Manages the preparation of the company's budget

· Review monthly financial statements consolidation for the group

· Project accounting focuses on the financial transactions related to managing a project including costs, billing and revenue

· Forecasts cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.

· Review monthly consolidated accounts, quarterly and year end results announcement to SGX-ST and ensures compliance with Singapore FRS and other statutory requirements

· Review the Annual Report

· Oversee both local and overseas subsidiaries and joint venture companies

· Supervises professional and clerical accounting employees in daily operation

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

· Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification

· At least of 5 years of relevant working experience in an MNC/Listed company

· Experience in shipyard/construction/marine industry

Main Responsibilities:

· Focus on raising capital

· Building and cultivating existing investor relationships across a variety of investor types – family offices, high-net-worth investors, private banks, fund of funds, etc

· Identify potential investors and develop proper points of contact

· Initiate calls to investors and meet face-to-face to explain investment opportunities

· Initiate and support investor events (in-person and webinars) as required in close cooperation with the marketing and operations teams

· Control the prospect tracking and prioritization

· Record all interactions with investors in a customer relationship management platform

· Support the marketing team in the development of marketing materials (sales brochures, website, presentations, and letters) used in the capital-raising process

· Participate in strategic planning with senior management to set sales and financial goals

· Assist senior executives of the firm with strategic decisions and business initiatives associated with fundraising, marketing, and investor relations

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

· Previous track record with proven success in achieving aggressive growth and revenue targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

· At least 5 years of sales experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Service-oriented and pro-active, with good interpersonal skills and a passion for developing strong relationships with existing clients and prospects

· Good Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
