Job Overview

The Client Services Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account-related transactions, time deposits, inquiries, and after-sales services. Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Banking Operations:

• Conducts start and end-of-day banking activities to ensure smooth operations.

2. Transaction Processing:

other related over-the-counter transactions, with decision-making authority for amounts up to S$30,000.

3. Time Deposit Management:

4. Client Interaction & Product Promotion:

• Provides clients with detailed information about the institution's products and services, offers tailored solutions, and actively cross-sells relevant banking products.
